Class #1001
BJJ Globetrotter Camp (Sportoase Leuven), Jay Bell, Leuven, Belgium, 09/07/2018
The main difference to how Bell does his triangle is that he finishes straight on with a squeeze, rather than the swivel to the side I like to do (from Ryan Hall's method). Initialy set up is kicking the leg firmly into their shoulder/neck, extending to create some pressure. It's your thigh that hits in, then clamps down firmly. Lift your hips to prevent stacking and increase pressure even futher. Your other leg locks that in place, going over the shoulder to prevent any space.
To finish, pull down on their head as you lift the hips. You might need to rotate their head. Should that not succeed, there were a few follow-ups, like switching into an armbar and reverse triangles underneath the body.
