Escapes. Also, vs arm triangle, grab leg, kick to free shoulder, turn. As ever, lots of complex stuff, but a bit less mega complex than it has been in the past. ;)

I need to rewatch the vids, but there was plenty of interesting material in here. Generally it was an escape from a submission, ending up with you able to attack with your own submission.

Good old 'simple' jiu jitsu from @neufangcaralho. He has a different definition of simple to most people. 😛 Although to be fair, this is the first Neufang class where I understood most of the techniques.
