Another of the lessons I'm quite confident about, but still useful to go through it again. E.g., I didn't mention the grip stuff that I tend to find handy, which is the super lazy grip break. I.e., regripping over the top and then using posture to slide their grip further down. I'll talk about that on Monday instead, simple addition.
