Simple sit up/hip bump sweep today. Drilling it with Paulina did make me think the basic motion (post on hand and knee, raise hips, turn, arm over their shoulder) it would be useful to do a solo warm-up drill, as the initial reaction after seeing the trigger for this sweep (when they lean back, you immediately go for it) needs to be quite quick to be effective.
