Back from the Isle of Wight. Paulina's brother was visiting, which was cool, though just the two of them today. Importance of remembering to pull the leg across, Frank Vanderstukken style, along with getting your hips down to the mat. Then there's the question of that switch to the knee cut on the other side, remembering to block their arm moving around your back. That could be blocked by squishing against their arm, or pulling up firmly on their other arm. Either way, still a risky move, so be careful.
