The snow was on the previous week, though there was some last Thursday. I went to London on the Friday morning, having been worried that it was be super difficult because of all the snow. However, it went fine, the Megabus was still running over that route. Again, no video for daytime, must have forgotten again for this week, after I got back from Aylebury. Here's me doing pull ups instead, at the place I do strength and conditioning. Strength Lab have been a big help over the last two years or so: signing up to train with them is one of the better decisions I've made over the last few years. :D
