I couldn't get the Facebook Live camera to work for some reason, it kept showing me a black screen. I therefore just filmed the session on the normal camera, meaning I could edit out chunks later to upload on Instagram. I did a whole bunch of drilling with Josh, showing him the takedown into a choke that Dan had taught at RGA Bucks. It's very handy to have more takedown options, as even though I hate going for takedowns, it's something I can share with the students who compete.
Josh had a question on finishing triangles, so I ran through some options on that too. We also did the whole leg clamp guard again, which I'm still working on. The knee and leg position on the back is perhaps higher than I thought, with the foot further away from the hip. I'll keep experimenting and double checking Aaron's video. It shouldn't be easy for them to roll out, I want to make my use of this guard roll-proof (or as close to it as possible), along with better postural control in general.
