After the nogi class, I ran through what we'd done that week with Milka (as she wanted to see the classes she hadn't made it to). It was good rolling with her too, she continues to get better. We finished off with yoga, randomly, as that's something else she's keen to make it to. The yoga classes are shifting to a little later, which should hopefully boost numbers. On the plus side for me, that means I'm currently getting plenty of observation on my technique.
I haven't previously been able to really get into yoga, but I like Heidi's teaching style. No pseudo-mystical stuff, she instead treats it as a functional system of exercise, which works far better for me. As my back has been increasingly prone to minor injuries, the kettlebells, personal training and now yoga should counteract that.
